What are your greatest strengths?
Surely you have other strengths that you can apply? Even a so-called weakness can be a strength as long as it’s worded correctly.
Things we do that are generically thought of as weaknesses, are not always so.
E.g. being fanatically hygienic can be the sign of a person with OCD.
What if I told you the person is a Doctor or even a surgeon? Don’t confuse your weaknesses with your habits.
You are aware that it’s always better to know the interviewer’s needs and wants very early in the interview. This time you do this by preparing in advance like you did before, but with a list of your strengths. These can be very varied, but need to fit into a generic image basis the position being sourced for.
E.g. - A Chartered Accountant can have an outgoing nature, but that is not what the perception is 90% of the times.
Think about your strengths thru and thoroughly. Try to have examples to illustrate your strengths, in case the interviewer asks further about them. It’s preferably these examples be recent and be based on actual achievements.
Your strengths could be, but not limited to:-
Justifiable track record as an achiever. Numbers are always better.
