Would you lie for the company?

Avoid choosing sides; give a positive statement that covers all bases instead.

Example:

“I would never do anything to hurt the company…”

If pressed further to choose between the two, always choose personal integrity. It is the more prized of the two values.

Looking back, what would you do differently in your life?

Very few people have nothing they regret in life. There would always be a choice you made that could have turned out better, but it was your choice and you need to accept the consequences. Point out that you are a happy, fulfilled, optimistic person and that you have had a good life and so wouldn’t change anything.

Example:

“My life has been good. Through the years I have had great learning and experience; I believe the best is still to come. Every experience in life is a lesson in its own way. I wouldn’t change a thing.”
