What are your career options right now?

Think of yourself as a product that the company is paying to use. How would you best sell yourself?

If you are currently employed, chalk out the possibilities open to you at your present job and company. Explain how although your work is wholly appreciated at your current company, you’re looking for something more (money, better position, challenges different work culture, etc). You could also mention how you are exploring opportunities with other companies.

In the case that you are not working, you can speak about other employment opportunities and possibilities that you are actually exploring.

All through this, be very generic and speak lightly on any point. You don’t want to seem like you are trying to be calculating or timid.
