What good books have you read lately?

Unless you are up for a position within the publishing industry or as a book critic, you are not expected to be a voracious reader. It wouldn’t hurt though, to be able to come back with the names of some of the most recent and influential books in your line of work and/or on management that you might have read. Consider it part of your research to identify and read, or read up on a few of these books. You would add to the points you score while answering this if you could add a fiction bestseller by a leading author published recently.
